However, in terms of price, Cisauk has a relatively more affordable price compared to prices in the two regions. "Interestingly, property prices in Cisauk are currently falling due to the impact of the pandemic, so this is an opportunity to get housing in the best locations at the best prices. Previously in 2020, property prices in this area had increased by 25 percent per year," said Marine .
