Supervision of Non-Tax State Revenue from Mineral and Coal Improved
The Ministry of Finance seeks to improve supervision of non-tax state revenues for minerals and coal through business process and data synergies between Ministries/Agencies.
"In addition to synergizing with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Trade, and the Ministry of Transportation, this synergy also involves a number of units within the Ministry of Finance, namely the National Single Window Institution, the Directorate General of Budget, the Directorate General of Taxes, and the Directorate General of Customs and Excise," he was quoted as saying. from a written statement from the Ministry of Finance on Sunday, January 30, 2022. This is regulated through the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 214/PMK.02/2021 concerning Supervision of Non-Tax State Revenues for Mineral and Coal through the Synergy of Business Processes and Data between Ministries/Agencies that have been promulgated on December 31, 2021. Based on this regulation which will take effect on January 30, 2022, Ministries/Agencies related to mineral and coal non-tax revenues are required to submit data to the Indonesia National Single Window (SINSW) System organized by the National Single Window (LNSW) Institute. Ministry of Finance.Tempo Since last year u, LNSW in collaboration with relevant ministries/agencies, has developed a Mineral and Coal Commodity Management Information System (SIMBARA) for this purpose.
